How To Sponsor New Internet Marketers?

Many new internet marketers are relying on you, their sponsor, to help them take their first steps in the internet marketing world. The only thing these newbies know about internet marketing is that it is a way to start making extra money using the internet.

These internet marketing newbies found your website or your blog, or they probably read an article you wrote and decided to join you and your team. Some of them never made a research before joining and have no clue about the business they are about to enter. Now it makes you their sponsor and it is your job to help them become successful and make money online, remember you are only successful if your affiliates are successful too, without them you cannot build a business.

Your first action is to contact your new affiliate. Don't wait for your affiliates to contact you. I am not telling you to wait for the message to come in and respond to it immediately, but when you see a new affiliate message in your inbox send this affiliate a welcome letter and invite him or her to join your newsletter, and offer them your help. Not all affiliates will answer back; this is when you can tell apart the serious action takers from the rest of the crowd.

Your job, as their sponsor, is to make them feel comfortable and confidant with the choice they just made. Help them get familiar with the new program they just joined and provide them all the links you think they should know about and visit first before they run forward.

It is you place to let them know about your previous experience and give them tips about thing they should do or never do. Your downline will always accept your recommendations and will ask for your advice in the future.

Another job you have as a sponsor is helping your affiliates learning about internet marketing, what it is, and how to use the different methods.

If an affiliate asks a question and you don't have the answer, don't be shy and find out the answer by yourself, in the end, you will learn something new and will provide the answer to your affiliate. You have to remember that you have a little advantage on your affiliates and you already know where to go to ask the questions and receive legit answers.

When a newbie ask you for help you have to pay good attention or you will end up doing their work for them. Some of the new marketers will ask question and when they receive your answer they go ahead and do. Some of your affiliates will keep asking for your help doing things. They can ask you to set a blog for them, for example. As a good sponsor your job is to coach them and not to do things for them, give them the tools and guides to do it by themselves.

When you are doing your job as a sponsor on the best side, your new affiliates will be happy to take action, and listen to you. They will become successful and your business will grow.
